- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came in this morning to renew my license and the picture gal snapped my picture mid-blink. I told her I was pretty sure i blinked and asked if I could retake it, she said "No, it's fine." and went on printing it. She hands it to me and my eyes are half shut and I look high as a kite. I asked if there's any way it could be re-done or come in again to have it re-taken and she said no and they wont allow me to retake it until i need to renew it again years down the road. People use their license as a form of ID for many things and should care if someones eyes are half shut in the pic. At least have the decency to just snap another photo before printing it.
