- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was really happy with this bank when I started going there. The people were nice and friendly until there was a charge on my bill from the bank that I was told would not be there. I called and talked to a bank manager and he was so very rude to me. I told him that I wanted the charge removed because he, himself, had told me that that I wouldn't have it and he accused me of being fraudulent and committing illegal acts. Needless to say, I am ending my account with National City. I should have listened to some of the other reviews that I had read, instead I was too happy about all of the "free" stuff they were giving me. BEWARE!By A Google User, October 24, 2016
